NOTE: If you previously completed this form, but want to only update your roommate request, email housing@centenary.edu.
Meal Plan Options (required for all students living on campus): Cent Bucks can be used in Randle’s, the campus grill and Starbucks location. Meal swipes (meals per week) can be used to purchase a meal in the campus dining hall. Additional Cent Bucks can be purchased in $25 increments any time during the academic year. If you lose your ID card (which is also your meal card), you can get a replacement via the Department of Public Safety (DPS). Our unlimited seconds policy allows for one entrée per service, but you can return as often as you like and the dining hall offers continuous dining from 7am-7pm during the week with a late night option as well. We emphasize that the feeding of friends or guests is not allowed without the purchase of a meal ticket. If you need special meals or have a restricted diet, notify Dining Services and inform them of your special need. Additional foods or special food cost will be the responsibility of the student.
If you have medical or disability reasons for which you need accommodation while on campus, please email Ashley Dehart (disability@centenary.edu). To initiate a request for an accommodation, complete a Disability Services Request Form. You must submit medical documentation and have a meeting with Ashley Dehart by Friday June 1, 2025 at 4:30pm.
Please note that accommodation requests may take time to review. Submitting your documentation and scheduling your meeting early is important to ensure approved accommodations are considered before you start at Centenary.

Generally speaking, mutual roommate requests are guaranteed, as long as each student:
a) makes the request before the deadline;
b) requests a roommate of the same gender (if there are special circumstances, please let us know);
c) for first year students, that the request is for another new student, either first year or transfer (transfer students can request any student). The deadline to notify us for the Fall semester is the day after the last SOAR session.
